The Teaming Agreement is a commonly used marketing tool where a prime contractor and subcontractor(s) agree to combine resources to bid on a specific government procurement. Using teaming agreements has become increasingly popular in the past several years. They permit government contractors to better respond to solicitations while offering the federal government the benefits of an improved team bid.
