“The Aircraft Servicer position will include performing any combination of the following tasks: Cleaning aircraft interior and exterior surfaces and assemblies via washing, scrubbing, lubricating, rinsing and removing aircraft panels; Operating ground support equipment such as electrical power supply, engine starting units, and high lift equipment at various heights.. Other such materials such as rags, brushes, vacuums, and chemical solvents and other cleaning solutions will be used in the wash process. Other responsibilities will include grease application to aircraft, using grease guns. The position may also require but is not limited to the following responsibilities; management of water systems (i.e. hoses, troubleshoot wash rack faucets, drains, etc.), waste system chemicals, hydraulic fluid, and to remove lavatory waste. All work is performed on a military base and a passing background check is required to gain access to the base. This position is part time and will require weekend availability.
Below are requirements for the position.....
- Must be able to successfully complete a National Agency Check with Law and Credit background check (NACL) obtain a SECRET clearance, if needed.
- Must be able to obtain military issued Common Access Card (CAC) for base access, if needed.
- Must be able to obtain military issued Flight Line Badges for Flight Line Access, if needed.
- May be required to speak, write and understand English, if required per government contract.
